The epoch-making CRZ Platinum Thin Film RTD elements have been successfully developed using the best technologies available, such as the sputtering technology laying thin films, the dry-etching methods, the ultra fine photolithography and the resistance value adjustment by digital trimming for the accurate resistance. The completely automated manufacturing process makes possible to offer products at reasonable prices as well as meeting IEC and JIS Standards. The elements are provided after inspecting and printing the actual resistance value at 0°C.
